This policy describes the terms under which customers can request refunds from "us" (the service) and whether or not "you" (the user) will be reimbursed.
Admit Vault provides instant digital access to application materials (e.g., resumes, essays, letters of recommendation, career narratives, and profiles). Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited to the cases listed below.
You may request a full or partial refund in the following cases:
Eligibility requires contacting support within 7 days of purchase and providing details (order ID, screenshots, error messages, device/browser used).
Report within 7 days of purchase with clear evidence; refunds are at our reasonable discretion.
Email support@admitvault.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).
When a refund is processed, we may revoke or limit access to the refunded item(s) to prevent further downloads.
Where consumer laws provide a cooling-off period for digital content, you acknowledge and consent that access begins immediately upon purchase and that you may lose the right to withdraw once download/streaming starts, except where non-waivable rights apply under local law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
