Refund Policy

This policy describes the terms under which customers can request refunds from "us" (the service) and whether or not "you" (the user) will be reimbursed.

Overview

Admit Vault provides instant digital access to application materials (e.g., resumes, essays, letters of recommendation, career narratives, and profiles). Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited to the cases listed below.

When refunds are granted

You may request a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  1. Delivery or access failure. You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased file(s), and the issue persists after troubleshooting with our support team.

    Eligibility requires contacting support within 7 days of purchase and providing details (order ID, screenshots, error messages, device/browser used).

  2. Corrupted or unusable file. A file is corrupted or otherwise unreadable, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours of your report.
  3. Duplicate charge. You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same item. We will refund the duplicate(s).
  4. Material misdescription. The listing materially misrepresented the content (for example, wrong school/program or document type). Minor differences in formatting or redactions do not qualify.

    Report within 7 days of purchase with clear evidence; refunds are at our reasonable discretion.

When refunds are NOT granted

  1. Change of mind / content preference. You no longer want the item, or it did not meet subjective expectations.
  2. Outcome dissatisfaction. The materials did not lead to admission, an interview, or any particular result. We do not guarantee outcomes.
  3. Access already used / excessive downloads. If access has been meaningfully used (e.g., files viewed/downloaded multiple times) prior to a refund request, we may decline the request.
  4. Device or software issues on your side. Incompatibilities due to your device, browser, extensions, or connectivity where our files meet stated requirements.
  5. Price changes or promotions. Requests based on later discounts, promotions, or price adjustments.
  6. Chargebacks without contacting support. Filing a chargeback before attempting resolution with us may result in account restrictions.

How to request a refund

Email support@admitvault.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).

When a refund is processed, we may revoke or limit access to the refunded item(s) to prevent further downloads.

Legal notes for digital content

Where consumer laws provide a cooling-off period for digital content, you acknowledge and consent that access begins immediately upon purchase and that you may lose the right to withdraw once download/streaming starts, except where non-waivable rights apply under local law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
