Legal contract between Admit Vault and the user. To access our services and digital downloads, you agree to abide by these terms.
Admit Vault provides access to application materials and related resources for MBA admissions, including (without limitation) resumes, essays, career narratives, letters of recommendation (LORs), admissions insights, and complete application profiles (collectively, the "Materials"), along with our websites and related features (together, the "Service"). Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms of Service (the "Terms" or this "Agreement").
This Agreement describes our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us. By using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Honor Code, and any other notices or guidelines posted on the Site.

When using the Service, you may be subject to additional posted guidelines or rules for certain features; those are incorporated by reference into these Terms. We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors); their terms may also apply to your use of those features.
We may change prices or certain features with reasonable notice by posting updates on the Site or within the Service. For any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, Admit Vault shall not be liable to you or any third party.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization; "you" and "your" will refer to that entity and its users.
We may refuse the Service to anyone or amend eligibility requirements at any time. Your right to use the Service is revoked where use is illegal or where offering the Service violates law.
The Service and all content on it—including the Materials, text, graphics, logos, photos, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Admit Vault and protected by law. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted here.
Personal license for digital downloads. When you purchase Materials, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and view the purchased Materials for your own reference and application preparation only. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, post online, redistribute, scrape, or use the Materials to train AI/ML models without our prior written consent.
Academic integrity. The Materials are provided as guidance and inspiration. Submitting our Materials (or derivative works) as your own to any school, or directing a recommender to copy LOR content verbatim, is strictly prohibited. See our Honor Code.
If the Service allows you to submit content (e.g., reviews, contributions), you retain ownership of such content, but grant Admit Vault a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service. Do not post content that violates law or third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or attribution.
We may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., payment, analytics). We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, terms, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. You authorize our processors to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, access to digital downloads is granted instantly after successful payment.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee admissions or any particular result from using the Materials.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you consent to our handling of your data per that policy and applicable law.
We continually improve the Service and may add or remove features, or suspend/terminate the Service or your access (for example, for violations of these Terms or the Honor Code). Upon termination, your license to the Materials ends and you must cease using and delete downloaded copies, except where retention is required by law.
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement. To submit a notice or counter-notice, see our Copyright & Takedown Policy or email ip@admitvault.com. Provide the required details so we can investigate.
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSIONS OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ADMIT VAULT OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE MATERIALS OR SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Admit Vault and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service or Materials; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms (and update the "Last updated" date) and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, stop using the Service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the courts located in [New Delhi, India] (unless a different mandatory venue applies under consumer law). Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign it without restriction.
Entire agreement; severability. These Terms (plus policies incorporated by reference) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
